Yoga for Office Workers - a 6 week course
Relax and unwind at this 6-week yoga course designed especially for office workers. This class combines yoga to help undo the damage caused by sitting at a desk for long periods of time with mindfulness to enable you to de-stress and leave your work worries behind. This 6-Week course will: Improve your posture, Relieve your aches and pains in your shoulders and neck, Alleviate lower back pain, Prevent future injuries, Undo the stiffness caused by sitting for long periods, Reduce your stress levels, Calm the mind and bring you a sense of peace. Fitties of London! This is a group for anyone interested in fitness, yoga and healthy living. Everyone is welcome, so whether you're a newbie or seasoned fittie, you're welcome at our events :)
