    Course Description

Conditions permitting – Snowshoeing is a fun and healthy sport that allows you to easily enjoy the outdoors and further explore the untouched wilderness in the winter. Our experienced instructors will demonstrate and teach you all the snowshoeing basics you need to enjoy this relaxing winter activity. Then, they'll lead you on a guided trek through a local park, sharing their knowledge of the plants and wildlife that thrive in this wintry environment. Be sure to reserve a spot on this exceptional adventure. All necessary snowshoeing equipment is provided.

Please note this course is weather dependent. Looking for more adventures?

*Synthetic clothing dries quickly and is the best choice for outdoor pursuits. Please do not wear cotton clothing. When wet, cotton rapidly robs the heat from your body and takes a long time to dry. We also recommend you dress in multiple layers, allowing you more flexibility to comfortably respond to the weather conditions and your level of exertion.

    What to Bring:
    •Insulated, waterproof jacket and pants
    •Fleece or wool sweater
•Long underwear tops and bottoms (synthetic or wool)
•Warm hat, gloves or mittens (preferably waterproof), and insulated boots
    •Wool or synthetic socks*
•One-quart water bottle or hydration system
•Personal prescriptions such as EpiPen or inhaler
