What we're about

We'll learn what mindfulness and mindfulness meditation have to offer and work with each other to develop, maintain, or deepen our practices. Any adults (young and old) are welcome to join. Practicing mindfulness and meditating using mindfulness-based approaches will be the main part of the meetings, but we'll also learn about the theory and science of mindfulness.
