What we're about

As in getting in shape and losing our minds trying. I’ve put on close to 20lbs this year, thanks to a new found raging sugar addiction. I’d like to get rid of this weight for good and get back into an active lifestyle and having fun with fitness and exercise. Sooo, I thought I would see if anyone else is interested in getting serious and doing a weight loss challenge with me.
As of today, 11/26, there are exactly 36 days until NYE. I’d like to be half way into my goal by then and starting 2019 ready to take on the world, without the love handles.
I’m thinking meetups to keep us moving, free stuff like hikes, walks, as well as cool classes to drop into if you have the cash to spend. Fitbit people, challenges with prizes for most steps during a day, weekend, whatever. Anything and everything to get in some exercise, chat fitness, share what works, what’s not working, etc. Share diet and nutrition tricks.
I’m basically fed up and looking for ladies who are fed up and just want to get fit and back in the shape that makes them happy and have a community of girls to make it a little easier and hopefully more fun – I’m imagining the real house wives of Beverly hills, and lots of drama, when I say fun.
