We're an up and coming ladies rugby team on the look out for more players. We have a great bunch of girls / ladies of ages ranging from 18 to 49. Rugby training is huge fun,great for people who want to get fit and meet some down to earth (slightly crazy) folk.

Whether you've played rugby before or you just think this might be your sort of thing, come down, give it a go. It's free to try! What you'll need... Trainers are fine to start, though if you can borrow a pair of football boots or rugby boots, studs do help a little. Water - at least 500ml is recommended Shorts, running leggings or tracksuit bottoms are fab. If you have them, ones with really good elastic and / or a draw string. If you feel the cold, wear a couple of layers if it's a bit chilly.
