This is a group for ladies interested in taking control of their weight without surgery or starvation and learning how to control our carnal food desires and indulgences to maintain and keep weight off . Let's get together and take advantage of the gym that's right in our backyards.

FREE Zumba Baldwin Hills mall (Tues at 7) 5. FREE Kick Boxing Baldwin Hills mall (Thurs. at 7) 6. Walking the hills of View Park/Windsor hills 7. Planet fitness black card members (FREE unlimited guest privileges) We have plenty in South LA and don't have to leave. But occasionally we can venture out to beaches, Runyon Canyon, Hollywood sign hike, Santa Monica stairs etc.
Everyone that needs to lose at least 30 lbs is welcome but group is mainly intended for those that need to lose 50+ pounds like myself. I'm a mother of 4 that works a part time job and freelance so I am somewhat flexible. On school days I would like to meet early in the morning and sometimes on school days and non school days in the evening depending on our activity. I would like us to meet up 2 - 4 times a week depending on our dedication and schedules. Ladies at all levels of fitness are welcome. Looking forward to exploring the outdoors with everybody, reaching our weight loss goals, health goals and meeting new friends.
