Like the Quinn, the is a free run but there are a few differences. This 2 mile run is timed and everyone starts at the same time, kind of like a race. But, the only person you are racing with is yourself. So, start out at a walk, and watch yourself progress over time to not only running the whole thing, but passing others as you do it. And seeing your middle whittle as you do. What could be better than that? ;-)
