Women, are you looking for a wonderful time to walk, connect and stay mostly in the shade for your morning walk? Come join us at the Duck Pond entrance of the Carlisle Reservation. We walk the lime stone trains of this park so its easy on the joints, and quite a bit of shade along the way.
