What we're about

Experience the peace, stillness and power of mindfulness meditation in a community setting. This bi-monthly group that meets on Monday offers an opportunity to sit with a group and be part of an on-going and supportive sangha. Some experience with meditation is recommended, although not necessary.

We begin with a short meditation to more deeply arrive in our breath and body and get acquainted as a sangha.

A dharma talk/ teaching is offered followed by a 30 minute sitting meditation and a 10 minute walking meditation.

We end with a period of discussion either about the talk or about our meditation practice.

We meet at the UU Fellowship of Laguna Beach
429 Cypress Drive
Laguna Beach, CA 92651

This is a very neutral space that fosters inclusivity. The space is handicapped-accessible.

Please wear comfortable clothing. There are several chairs and mats available, although if you would like to bring a special chair or pillow, please feel free to do so!

EVERYONE IS WELCOMED!
Thank you for your Practice!
