One thing that no one knows is that everyone likes to punch something!! We meet every Sunday at Hidden Hills Park at 10am to learn boxing 101 "Fitboxing"! I am a Certified Master Trainer and Title Boxing Coach with a passion for getting people of all fitness levels to incorporate boxing into their current or new fitness regimens. In this one hour class you will develop the basics of boxing and the chance to train like a Champ. You will be able to burn up to 700 Calories and have fun all at the same time. Too good to be true? Come check it out, looking forward to working with you! 

What to expect? Break down of boxing basics including stance, punch techniques, and footwork. Body weight exercises, use of resistance bands, kettle bells, and core bags. You will punching my focus mitts and doing shadow boxing. 

Who can come? Everyone! This will be a "train at your own pace" no judgements kind of class. This class will be a great workout that you can look forward to. No more, "I have to workout :(" it will be "I GET to workout!" from here on out. 

What to bring? Bring yourself and a smile. Bring athletic clothing, boxing gloves if you have them... It's ok if you don't 

***Donations are encourage and money will go towards equipment and making the class even better!! Arrive 10 minutes early if you are interested in a full body assessment of Weight, BMI, Body Fat% , Muscle%. This will allow me to better assist you in achieving your fitness goals.
