If you are interested in mindfulness and meditation, this is ideal for you! You are invited to check out the guided meditation weekly drop-in times or the more formal introduction to mindfulness 4 week course series, and other programs coming soon, according to what best suits your interest and availability. In a warm, inviting, and supportive space, participants are welcomed in and together as a group, will experience the teachings of mindfulness and the many blessings that unfold as a result. Each session will offer an exploration of a mindful topic, a 20 minute guided meditation and time for Q & A and reflection afterward. There are many reasons why people are being drawn to meditation these days, whatever your particular desire is, at Mindful Heart Connection, the invitation is to discover for yourself the essential freedom, joy and peace that is your true nature!

Mindful Monday Meditations- to start your week right! Twice a month Monday offerings at 11:15-12:15. Beginning Oct. 8th and continuing every other Monday. Always email to confirm schedule and to inquire about location! Each session will include a a brief introduction to the mindful topic of the day; a guided meditation; and time for reflection and Q & A! Mindful Heart Connection is offering a 4 week Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation course beginning on March 10th! Each session will offer an exploration of the foundations of mindfulness- of breath, body, thoughts, emotions and loving-kindness, a guided meditation and time for Q & A. It is grounded in the wisdom of the ancient teachings of mindfulness. This is an invitation to discover how to deepen your present-moment-to moment awareness and cultivate a greater capacity to move through life with ease and well-being. The dates are: March 10, 17, 31, and April 7 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. and participants register and pay for full amount of $80 on the 1st day of class. Chairs are provided for the meditation, as well as blankets and water, but feel free to bring your own water or blanket.
