William Powers:
I am a serial entrepreneur with experience in business development, sales management, marketing tactics and business operations. My expertise arises from the operation of a global consumer products brand as well as management and investment in several small businesses including recent investments in real estate. I have identified market opportunities, built teams of employees/contractors and secured financing for start up ventures at several organizations during my career.

My most recent career focus in real estate development has enabled us to build a $30 million portfolio for myself and several high network investors. I started purchasing investment properties in 2010, and currently own/manage over 200 rental properties in IL and FL. We also flip 10-12 single family homes each year.

Current volunteer work includes being Part of executive committee of the board of the directors for the Community Partners for Affordable Housing and a member of the Lake County Property Investors Association board of directors.

RTO Property:

All single family homes have been renovated completely with new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, fully/partially finished basement, landscaping and more. And all homes are Rent To Own.
