Lets do some squats, planks, pushups and burpees outdoors at Lake Merritt

Guys and Gals, do you want to lose weight, improve your fitness level and your confidence? We are focused on results. Many of our fit campers have been inspired to shed pounds as well as gain strength and energy. 

  Lets lose weight, build muscle tone, get fit and have fun outdoors at Lake Merritt. Just show up with your water bottle and dressed in comfortable workout attire and we will handle the rest. 

We will be doing a full body bodyweight workout designed to strengthen, lean and tone the body. This workout is for all fitness levels. Start where you are and grow stronger with each workout. Its time to get fit, its time to have fun, its time to workout. Its results time!
