The first session is free and every class after that is $7.00.
This indoor workout class concentrates on burning calories and toning muscle. This class is a great way to get back into exercise or add a new concept to your workout routine. Not only do we focus on combination exercises to hit the whole body at once, but we also focus on isolation drills to tone specific parts of the body.This class mostly focuses on adult fitness, but teenagers are welcome to join during holidays and summer vacation. All exercises are easily altered to fit an individuals needs and goals. The equipment used for this class includes dumbbells, agility ladders, medicine balls, kettle bells, and much more.
