In this standing Pilates class, Jody will guide you through the practice of enhancing your balance, connecting with your breath, and strengthening your posture. This class will be very grounding and energizing. Lots of standing abdominals, as we move through an arm series, legs, and balance. We will bring some of the classical Pilates repertoire to our standing mat series as well.
Highly encouraged for all fitness levels.
Be sure to bring your own yoga mat or a folded blanket.
