Please join us for a relaxing Slow Flow Yoga class. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. Movements are coordinated with breath as we flow from posture to posture. Class begins with grounding exercises and gentle warm-ups, then progresses to energizing sun salutations, followed by standing poses to develop strength and endurance, along with postures to improve balance and concentration. We end with gentle stretches, twists and forward folds to cool down, then rest in rejuvenating Savasanah. Class cost is $15, paid to the instructor. Cash or class card.
