I will be leaving the APlus/Sunoco in Reamstown (http://www.gosunoco.com/locations/pa/1404-n.-reading-road-reamstown-pa-17567-0278) at 8am for anyone in the Denver area that wants to meet and ride with me. I plan on taking Steinmetz/Mt Airy/Hopeland Rd to Rt 322 then meet other riders at the Hess in Brickerville (http://hessexpress.com/StoreHome/38435) at Rt 322 and Rt 501. We will leave there at 8:45 and head straight to the fire company. The route I plan on taking will be 322W to 322W/72N to 117 through Mt Gretna. Then follow Rt 241 to the Lawn Fire Company (http://www.lawnfire.com/index.php). If anyone else has a different suggestion for a route, let me know.
This is another Biker Breakfast that happens every month during the riding season. It occurs on the 3rd Sunday, May through September. The cost is $12 for adults, $6 for kids, and children under 4 are free.
We will meet there at 9am and go in as a group. We can then plan the day's ride while feasting on a breakfast buffet.
I found a few other riding groups that meet and ride to this breakfast every month as well. John says one time there were 1200 people in attendance! The only number I can find on the website is from their second breakfast in 2007 with 950 people served. It sounds like a big turn out and there should be lots of bikes to look at.
If the weather doesn't look to be cooperating, I will post the cancellation by 7:30am.
