This will be a major operation that will include the following:

- Off road desert terrain driving
- Navigational objectives
- Daytime op
- Night operation
- Net control station operations
- Special communication projects using the mesh network

The Special Comms team will be having an op that starts 24 hours before this main op. They will be setting up a broadband network that complies with FCC laws by modifying standard routers to create our own giant wi-fi network with nodes and server. Those who are interested in arriving one day early and being part of special comms operation please sign up for the op and RSVP to Special Comms op. Both Special Comms and this desert op will end together at the same time.

Plenty of off road trails to explore in this huge area.

Special comms will be setting up unique communication exercises for all the team members to participate in.

Antennas everywhere. What exactly does each one do? Find out.

Teams working with GPS devices preparing to depart for day op.

This is what we encountered last time after the op was over. Land Ops assisted this family that rolled their vehicle.

Night operation will be conducted again this year in a new area.
