This session, designed for both the beginning meditator and those familiar with basic meditation skills, explores multiple techniques helpful both in developing and refining your daily meditation practice.
This session will include lecture, discussion, and guided meditation using imagery and positive affirmations, and will conclude with a silent meditation. Those of all skill and interest levels are welcome. There will be an opportunity after class to ask questions or share insights about your meditation practice.
