What we're about

This 1 1/2 hour Yoga class is taught by the wonderful Debra Fraze. No need to be intimidated to get started, Debra will guide you through modifications to suit any body type, flexibility or injury issue. It is a nice gentle flowing class that will have you feeling revived and refreshed. This class is open to all ages and abilities and is by donation only. We will meet on Saturday's at either 9 am or 3 pm. Please check out for Debra's bio and the most up to date Yoga schedule.
