This meetup is for those folks who want to get off that couch so they can run, then get back on the couch but with a slightly clearer conscience.
We are going to start with the basics and work together to build up to our running goals. We all need that extra encouragement and motivation to "just do it." right? I am a marathon survivor and run other days in the week, but I want to keep this low key for beginners.
We typically run 1-2 miles but if you can commit to even 1 mile a week its better than nothing. We mainly stick to a 1 mile loop so you wont ever be running solo.
