What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in getting together to learn more about how to eat healthy, prepare foods to maximize nutrition, and be focused on long-term lifestyle changes. It's not about one specific diet, rather embracing whole foods eating. We are all unique biologically, so it's never a one-size-fits-all when it comes to eating. We do know however that life is in plants, and eating the rainbow of goodness is what gives us life and energy! Holistic lifestyle practices such as stress management, physical activity, and mind-body practices are encouraged.
