Tired of being tired? Stairs not treating you so well? Not to keen on running with your pro athlete friend who can run circles around your place? Me too! So I'm just gonna have at it and learn as I go.
For me I think the first step is forming a habit. When I say beginners I mean I have no idea what I'm doing. If you have a bit of experience and you would like to come for a light run and give some pointers, you're very welcome. If you don't feel like you can do it and would like to walk, you're also very welcome. I probably run at a fast walking speed anyway.
The only thing I can think of that I won't stand for is judgement. So please come positive.
We get together Monday - Thursday evening at 7pm. Savannah has some pretty cool places to run so I'll probably change it up.
