This workshop is for young latinos under 30 who are actively pursuing a non-fiction writing project, whether it be essays, a non-fiction book, memoir, or op-ed page pieces. Each week individuals will share their work and it is critiqued by the rest of the class.
Each week we will be sharing up 10 pages per submission and it will be critiqued by the rest of the class. Individuals are allowed to submit every other week so that we have time to go through everyones work. Please print out submissions or bring your laptop with you. Be prepared to read submissions and critique others work before coming to the meetup. All work in progress is confidential and we will not be accepting individuals who do not RVSP.
