At the beginning of the session, I will explain the health benefits. We will then laugh, clap, breathe and stretch. There are no jokes-just unconditional laughter. You don't even have to be in a good mood. The laughing helps to lift your mood. The session is an hour with a 10 minute break. After the break we have a group laughter meditation and then a grounding exercise. If you have very sensitive hearing, you might want to bring ear plugs. You might want to bring water also.
