Laughter Yoga ("LY") is a low impact exercise program combining simulated laughter (which quickly becomes genuine laughter) and yogic breathing (no yoga poses), to help oxygenate your body and brain, make you feel more healthy and energetic, bolster your immune system, and help with conditions such as stress, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and high blood pressure.
