Laughter Meditation is a unique form of meditation which combines unconditional laughter with a blend of yogic deep breathing exercises, creative visualizations and simple stretches. All of which relieves tension in the body/mind and reconnects us with our (unconditioned) true nature.
Some of the healing benefits of this class include:
