Laughter Yoga is a unique concept whereby we laugh for no reason but with a purpose.
That purpose is to gain the scientifically demonstrated benefits of laughter including reduced blood pressure. lowered blood pressure, reduced stress, improved immune system, kicking depression and better cardiovascular function.
Our Mantra is fake it till you make it. Because the body is unable to distinguish between real and fake laughter, you still get the same benefits!
Laughter Yoga is powerful medicine. It was started by Dr. Madan Kataria in Mumbai India, who researched the healing benefits of laughter. He found the benefits to be so profound that he was compelled to start laughter clubs all over the world. We are now in at least 65 countries with more than 650,000 participants.
Laughter Yoga consists of four parts. Stretching, clapping, laughter with breathing exercises, followed by relaxing and meditation.
