    Many businesses will truly have an 80/20 or even perhaps a 90/10 rule where a pretty heavy concentration of business and opportunity in concentrated in a fairly small number of the total customer base. For start-ups, it might not be so obvious, as there is not time to see trends yet develop. It is a challenge to figure out how to best deploy the most scarce resource you truly have which is your time......
