We will move through 5 basic meditation forms spending 9 minutes in each:
• Focus (visualization)
This is designed to all in developing multiple ways to meditate creating experiences you desire with ease and effectiveness. This dynamic experience will also support participants in extending their meditation times. Go from 30 seconds to 90 seconds or from 2 minutes to 10 minutes or from 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
The focus is on the quality and effectiveness of your meditative experience.
Life changes and our meditation experiences can also shift to accommodate changes in our lives.
