Communicating in your non-native tongue can be time-consuming and frustrating: "No one replies to my emails", "I don't think they understood me" are common challenges for non-native speakers.
Note: also common for native speakers... #justsayin

This month, Sophie Williams joins us to tackle how to email efficiently and effectively by following a few simple steps and using some go-to expressions.

We’ll cover common errors, time saving expressions, and a checklist on how to write an email so that your reader sits up and takes notice!
