I will guide you through moves taught mostly in a Vinyasa style flow. Modifications will be offered to suit different levels of practice and you will be encouraged to go at your own pace. If you would like to sculpt a leaner, stronger body, release stress and fatigue, be in a supportive environment with great people, and enjoy being outdoors, this class is for you!
Yoga starts at 10:00am and runs from 60-75 minutes long.
Don't forget your yoga mat or towel, water bottle, sunscreen. Rain will cancel.
Suggested donation $10 per person. Anything above or below this amount is accepted with gratitude. Your contributions will go directly towards keeping the lawn and shrubs green, groomed, and growing.
Not everyone that attends this class is a member of meetup so the RSVPs do not accurately reflect class attendance.
