Speaking code is a weird social situation that, taken out of the high-pressure context of an actual interview, is pretty fun! Following up on how enjoyable it was to work though coding challenges in July and a member suggestion, this August, we're working on questions from Cracking the Coding Interview (http://www.amazon.com/Cracking-Coding-Interview-Programming-Questions/dp/098478280X). (The pdf is online, and you don't have to google very hard, if you're not buying.)
For the active job-seekers, we'll talk some strategy, and get some practice speaking code.
For everyone else - we're all job seekers sometimes. :)
I hope at least a few people in the room have war stories or knee-slappers from past interviews to tell us! Lessons learned also accepted.
As always, we'll start arriving around 6:30... about the same time as the pizza (thank you, Excella!). Introductions and fun start by around 7:15. The room got kinda noisy talking through code last time... let's do that again!
