"How to be an Evil Scientist" with Benedict Steele

🍏 Have you ever fancied turning your co-workers into laboratory rats and have them scurry around a maze searching for food whilst you ring a bell and the office cat slavers at the mouth? No? Okay, well we weren't going to tell you how to do that anyway!
What we will share is how to embed a culture of ongoing experimentation that enables your team to learn and adopt new technologies, techniques, and processes - whilst also achieving current objectives.

✨ About the speaker
A creative technology leader who balances lived experience with emerging best practice. With over fifteen years experience of working in the public and third sectors, I enjoy helping organisations of all sizes to adopt new methods, techniques, and ways of working.
Prior to joining Armakuni, I led the Digital Engineering and Digital Product Teams at Cancer Research UK. A little bit before that, I co-founded HomeMade Digital, and worked with organisations such as BBC Children In Need, British Red Cross, Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation (Melbourne), Disasters Emergency Committee, and many more.
