Applying the outcome of "The Goal" . . .

As decided by those present at our April 2014 Lean Coffee event, in May 2014 we will discuss the "real world" applications of the ideas expressed in "The Goal" by Eli Goldratt.

Our meeting will feature a facilitated discussion seeking to apply and adapt the learning outcomes from "The Goal" in various real-world scenarios - "Spoiler Alert" - we will provide a quick summary of the book for those who haven't had a chance to read it in advance of our May 2014 meeting; however, many have described the book as a quick read, and the facilitation prompts for discussion will be geared toward those who have read the book.

The book is available in multiple formats (print, ebook, audiobook, library-multiple options) - search for it via Google - don't delay start reading today!

Our May 2014 meeting will be held at Asynchrony in downtown St. Louis (900 Spruce Street) - food and refreshments will be provided compliments of Asynchrony.
