Describe your Lean Startup. (If you don't have one yet, care to share details about your Dream Startup?)

I work in the Kindle group at Amazon. We try to practice MVP in some capacity, even if we can't always do concept validation on a device that ships out on hardware like ours does, but much of the stuff around consensus building applies.

What is the best tool/technology/service to make your startup more efficient?

My group has developed our own tool that lets us rapidly turn design mockups into web-based user flows and interactive prototypes. We use it for everything, so that would be it.

Introduction

I've been doing UX Design in the software industry for a while and have done a lot of prototyping for User Research over the years. I recently discovered Lean Startup and Lean UX.
