Several changes to the structure of this meetup:

  • We're going to be running a new format based on input from the Lean Startup meetup in San Francisco, via our very own Carlos Morales (gracias, Carlos)!
  • We will also be applying the timebox concept much more rigorously - there will be a countdown with audible warnings when time is up

    A suggestion for upcoming events could be the Business Model Canvas - personnally I think that this Model Generation Method is complementary to the Lean Startup, and it helps avoiding Business Plan chores and reporting chores, while still keeping everybody focused.
    Check this for a first impression
    (I'd buy the physical book, though, I think it is somewhat better to handle on paper)
