Pablo is founder and product designer at Teambox (https://teambox.com), with strong development skills, experienced in building teams and business models through customer development.
He spends most of his time creating features or products, doing UX design and JS/Rails development. His role is usually the one of a coach / leader, building processes by example and establishing a can-do culture. Teambox is a collaboration network where you can share tasks and files with your team. Over[masked] users, and thousands of customers in leading companies like Danone, Tickemaster, British Petroleum, Groupon, Square, etc. Teambox recently closed a 5M series A funding. Pablo is living in Barcelona and San Francisco, depending on the needs of the company.

Xavi spent 5 years working as technical architect at ADOBE Systems, in London and San Francisco. He has been a key promotor of agile development, lean analytics and continuous deployment within the company. He is editor at Gembetadev.com and blogger at Rialvalue.com. He is founder at Marfeel (http://www.marfeel.com), a startup that turns a content website into a tactile experience. Marfeel improves key metrics for content websites like time that users are reading, the advertising impact, the web performance and the load time. Marfeel has won prizes like Barcelona TechCrunch and SeedRocket, and has gone through Wayra accelerator program. Marfeel has recently closed a 2 Million round.
