Sami will present work related to how CAST (http://www.cast.org/) leveraged the iQWST (http://udl-toolkit.cast.org/p/applications/l2) implementation to explore how to lead inquiry into student Learning Analytics data. She will illustrate how in one study CAST organized the data into Demands, Resources, & Outcomes in order to facilitate student inquiry into their own data. We will examine some initial results of this approach and potential directions of further exploration.

Kim & Meghan will present on the Data Wise (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ek1QeqrvDOw) School Improvement Process. The mission of the Data Wise Project is to support educators in working collaboratively to use data to improve learning and teaching. Meghan is an EdD student at HGSE who studies teacher teams and adult collaborative learning and Kim is an EdD student at HGSE who studies online communities of practice.
