Maybe you have already attended a mindfulness course and would appreciate the support that is offered from a group setting to maintain your practice. Or maybe you are looking for an introduction to mindfulness before attending the more structured experience of an 8-week course. Either way, if you want a way to explore the difference that mindfulness can bring to your life then come along to this support group. I will facilitate 1.5 hours including a variety of live guided meditation practices in English (core techniques from Mindfulness and Self Compassion courses) and reflective discussion (for those that feel comfortable contributing) as we share our journey of bringing greater calm to our lives. We know that to experience the benefits of mindfulness requires regular practice of the techniques. Let us support each other in this journey. I ask for voluntary contributions (suggested amount 15 Euros).
