I hold twice monthly 90 minute sessions to help you relax and take time out of your busy life to switch off, quiet your mind and nurture yourself.
I use Mindfulness, meditation and hypnosis to escort you on a journey to inner stillness. My voice accompanied by Brain Entrainment music is guaranteed to leave you feeling, calm, relaxed and ready to face the world in a more mindful way.
