What we’re about
We try to meet at least once a week to get a game on. Sometimes we'll even plan spontaneous extra games if there is enough people interested! This meetup is open to all startups, startup employees, founders, & entrepreneurs in the Leipzig area. Of course, your friends and family are also welcome to participate.
We, the SpinLab, coordinate and organize these meetups, but it is in no way funded by the SpinLab. Each participant will be expected to contribute to field costs, but don't worry it's pretty minimal. Typically only 2-5€ per person. Just depends how many fields we have, and how many people show up.
Please bring small amounts of money with you to make payments easier!
General Rules and Guidelines:
• We're by no means a professional volleyball club. We're pretty loose on the rules, some of us are good, some of us are just starting, but all are welcome. Super hardcore volleyball players are naturally welcome, but please no egos!
• As mentioned, costs for the fields will be split between all participants.
• ONLY MARK AS ATTENDING IF YOU 100% ARE GOING TO COME! I cannot stress this last point enough. This meetup is no way funded by any big organization or sponsors, these bookings are made individually by the co-organizers in this group. We need to plan ahead with how many fields we're reserving, and if you mark as attending and don't show up, you really mess up our numbers and planning. Please follow this very simple rule out of respect for others, if you are going to come, mark yourself as attending, if you can't come, don't mark yourself. Very simple.
