• What we'll do Golfers will learn how to gain mobility, stability, strength, balance and focus. At the same time understand how to reduce recovery time and lessen the risk of injury. FEEL BETTER on and off the course Golfers will learn how to gain mobility, stability, strength, balance and focus. At the same time understand how to reduce recovery time and lessen the risk of injury. This 6 week series will help you play better golf and help you feel better while you play. The classes are taught by Sue Wieger, LPGA. Sue is a Certified Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Specialist, Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Yoga for Golf Instructor and Tathata Certified Golf Movement Specialist. Sue's philosphy is to individualized the program for each golfer and to meet each student both physically and emotionally on any given day. All level of golfers are welcome!!
