My aim in starting this Meetup is to put a dent in the growing stress epidemic and enable as many people as possible to experience deeper calm, greater success and easier decision making in their lives - in whatever way is meaning for them.
As stresses subside, greater peace, calm and vitality return.
This is not a therapy group, but a Meetup for people who simply recognise that stress impacts the quality of their decision making, and who sincerely wish to leave old patterns and conditioning behind.
A key aim is to dissolve stress around each topic within minutes for faster change, offering practical, techniques and solutions so that you can walk away feeling stronger, more centered, happier and even inspired.
Each Meetup includes a "brief" outline of any stress issues, practical tools that you can use anywhere, some clarifying exercises, and there are also a 1-1 opportunities to experience beneficial change you can feel within minutes.
Stress related topics of interest so far have included weight-loss (specific foods and exercise), friendships, relationships, confidence and more.
