That mental and physical suffering exists.

That suffering is caused by the belief you must achieve outcomes which are now unachievable.

That suffering can be eliminated by destroying the belief that you must achieve these outcomes.

That destroying this belief requires you to examine the true nature of your existence without this unnecessary belief impeding your view of yourself and the world around you.

I am from a culture that has practiced mindfulness for 2300 years, myself for 13 years, and I can show you how to let go of whatever torments you.
