Guided mindfulness meditation rooted in the insight meditation (vipassana) tradition. No previous experience needed! We welcome new members. We generally sit for about half an hour and chat afterwards. You are welcome to leave earlier if you need to get to work.
We meet every Thursday morning from 7:30am-8:30am, by donation.
