Sports can help people of all ages maintain and improve the health of their heart, lungs and blood vessels. Physical activities can significantly help us to Stay Fit through out our life.

We have a group of people playing different sports every day/weekend like Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Swimming, Running etc.. Together we can motivate ourselves & do it on a regular basis.
