Dear All, I hope you're all doing ok, here's some info for tomorrow! The mulled will be ready/warmed-up by 2pm tomorrow, so see you in the Z-Arts music space from then ready to start at 2:30pm. Great that everyone and their guests can still make it. There's going to be quite a lot of people, but there'll definitely be enough time for everyone who wants to play a piece (5-6mins max if you can). We'll also take a decent break in the middle to get stuck into the mince pies etc. Fortunately the event waiting list list isn't too large, so we may still be able to accommodate everyone.

As usual, all welcome to play or listen however you prefer. We'll hand out little forms for names/pieces/approx timings for those who'd like to play. You'll be able to choose to go near the start if more of a beginner/first timer (or just want to get it out of the way!)

Dear All, I'm just doing some planning for next Saturday's piano session. We're going to coordinate a few home made catering treats (sweet/savoury) in addition to the mulled wine. I'm sure many of you are not only fabulous pianists but also highly skilled in the kitchen! (although don't worry, it won't be a bake-off!) If you're interested in helping then message me directly (i.e. no need to add a public event comment) and we can coordinate. I'll cover all costs as required.

    Best wishes
    Ben.

Good thinking Rhian! I just saw an online article "The best Christmas jumpers to buy in Manchester" from the evening news a couple of days ago!!

Another wonderful afternoon yesterday. I am in awe of the high level of playing! Thanks for listening to me and for your encouragement. I will keep trying to overcome my nerves which interrupt my flow playing. I am still hoping one day I will be able to play as well as I do in the comfort of my own home!

After my nerves yesterday during the Oscar Peterson piece I should probably read it too, Bob :) thanks for the recommendation.
