The Greenville Track Club offers workouts on Weds. evenings at Greenville High School. If you are looking for something to do with other runners in addition to our 1 hour Saturday morning run, this is probably a good option. It looks like the focus is on speed work.

Fellow Runners,
With the holidays behind us, we are back on a regular schedule -- which means that it is time for our end-of-the-month relay race and post-workout gathering. Here's the workout for Wednesday:
4 laps (1600m) warmup jog
2 x 1 lap (400m) speed
2 x 2 laps (800m) speed
1 lap (400m) relay leg
2 laps (800m) cool-down, on your own
Total recovery 4 laps (1600m) between reps
Total speed 2800m
Grand total distance 6800m (approx. 4.25 miles)
After the workout, we will meet in the back room of the Blockhouse (just a few blocks away) for a little "processing session." Everyone is invited.
