Identifying the steps to releasing your P.A.S.T. (pain , anxiety, and/or tension). How we can take a look at our own system and body to identify how when and where the blocks are to completing our goals. There maybe a demonstration with a volunteer. Observing an individual's posture and energy restrictions. Open discussion and opportunity to work with a partner observing one another's movement flow and/or blocks.
